1. To move a layer you can copy and paste or you can drag using the move tool.
2. To turn a layer on or off click on the eye icon.
3. To make a layer transparent use lock transparency.
4. To blur go on filter-blur.
5. To get a selection back hold down the ctrl key and click on the thumbnail in the layers menu.
